Croatia, in the heart of Europe, in the heart of the Mediterranean. The Adriatic Sea and Saints Hills vineyards are just a blink of an eye away from Dubrovnik, and two blinks from Diocletian's Palace in Split and Vespasian's Amphitheater in Pula. Here they celebrate sun and sea, Dalmatia and Istria, storm and calm weather, stone and vine. Through this small window inside the house in the vineyard on Dingac, you can see the millennial path of the holy liquid of wine, from the Greek amphoras that transported it through the canal, to the wooden trabacula that were used to transport the wine to Split. Wine remains the heart of their civilization. Following the paths of the vine, planting it on both sides of Peljesac, to Istria, we set out to search for perfection.
